first day of school... first time on the bus

today was the first day that the girls went to school together at the same place.

they have begged us for a while to ride the bus to school, and we told them that they could when they were at the same school. so, being true to our word...here they go...

labor day weekend at the beach

we loaded up the van and headed to lake michigan to meet up with grandpa tom. i think the kids would live in the water if they could. gabi got her first sailboat ride and laughed the whole time.
